A Fine Dress-Up for the First Go-Out

You will at one time or another find yourself at a fix when it comes to dressing up for a certain occasion. We are used to casual wears and office wear most often, but at one time or another you will have to dress specially. This problem is more pronounced when it comes to deciding what to wear when meeting the love of your life; most are clueless.

On a first date, you would like to create the best impression that you are a smart wearer. Obviously, the first date in everyone’s life is usually an unforgettable event. You have to put your best foot forward when it comes to gearing up with the finest wear. Dressing up for the first date is usually difficult as you are not well acquainted with the preferences of the new person in your life. The secret to the dilemma is having your favorite style to attract the positive spirit. This does not mean you have to go for pricey designer wears that are off your reach. By just concentrating on your style and being confident about yourself is just enough.

If you are a lady, and you have been called up for a fine evening date on a breezy restaurant for a dinner, then make sure you are simply but thematically dressed. For instance, a black dress (consider a Little Black Dress- LBD) can be a simply classic and just right for the occasion. As much as a black dress that is a bit little for your body is fine, avoid revealing much of your body skin as he would perceive that as “slutty”. It should be of standard length, but one that you are comfortable with. Although a sleeveless dress can be moving, you have a choice of any length that you feel you are most comfortable in.

The choice of colors for the clothes that you wear is also very important. Colors make a big impression, more so to men. The colors of your clothes are supposed to subtly show that you are a lively person; however, this does not warrant you to wear very strong colors; like bright orange/yellow on a lunch date. Avoid also dull colors like deep red, plum or burgundy. This might make think you are scary and an assertive bitch. Pink with a little red in accessories can be flattery and inviting to most of the occasions. Remember to maintain a good match to the accessories as well.
